Spirit...I'm definitely joining this journey. <br /><br />Spiritual: spend time on my knees in prayer every day. I pray standing, sitting, driving...but hardly ever on my knees. I agree with Carolyn that it will help me be focused more.<br /><br />Take time to study my Bible every day, not just read it.<br /><br />Exercise: walk at least 2 miles 5 days a week. Celeste and Monica, I am "adopting" you as my sisters - wait, I guess that has already happened in Christ, hasn't it? Okay, now that we have that settled...<br /><br />I just came up with goals a few seconds ago. Not because I know what I'm doing or why, but because I want to participate with you. I know for a fact that Jesus wants me to participate with you. We didn't find each other by mistake.<br /><br />So...<br /><br /><b>Spiritual</b>: get on my knees (literally) each day to pray. I used to do this years ago and assuming that posture during prayer really did change the experience and I focused more. This is a good time to start doing it again.<br /><br /><b>Food</b>: Substitute water for at least one soda everyday. This is a small goal, but a very real need. My body will thank me for it.<br /><br /><b>Exercise</b>: I will do stretches everyday.
